What we process

To take and carry out your booking we process your name, phone number, email address and your booking history with us. If you add a note to your booking, we process that too.

Why we process it

We use the data to carry out your booking, to send you confirmations and reminders about your appointment, and to give you a receipt.

The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you. If you also want offers and news from us, that happens only where you have given your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Confirmations and reminders

Confirmations, reminders and other messages about your booking are sent by email or SMS through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which Bellebook engages as a sub-processor and which processes the data within the EU. Brevo receives your name, your email address or phone number and the text of the message.

Page view statistics

We count how many times the pages on this site are shown, per page and day. This is done on our server, from the requests your browser sends to show the page. The purpose is to see how the site is used, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in that.

Nothing runs or is stored in your browser for the statistics, and no cookies are used for them. Your IP address is needed to send the page to you, but it is not used for the statistics. The statistics keep only the date, the page and the number of views – not where you came from, which device you use or anything else that can be linked to you. The sums are deleted after 13 months.

Reviews

After a visit we may ask you for a review by email or SMS. If you leave one, we keep your rating, what you write and which visit it concerns. If we show the review on this page, it carries your first name and the first letter of your surname, never your full name.

Cookies and storage in your browser

This site uses no cookies for statistics or marketing. When you book, the booking stores a random id in your browser's session storage so that the time you chose is held for you while you book. It disappears when you close the tab. If you press “Book one more”, your name, phone number and email address are stored in session storage so you do not have to fill them in again. They are used once and are valid for at most 30 minutes. Both are needed for the booking you asked for.

The images on this page are loaded from Bellebook's storage service. The service's protection against automated traffic (Cloudflare) may set a temporary cookie, __cf_bm, which is valid for 30 minutes and is not used for statistics or marketing.

Map

The map on this page is loaded from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom) when you scroll to it. Your browser then sends your IP address and the map's position there, but not which page you are visiting. The map sets no cookies. OpenStreetMap is itself responsible for its processing.

Hosting and security

This page is delivered by Bellebook (Belleminds AB) through the hosting provider Vercel within the EU. Every request to the page contains your IP address and details about your browser. They are used to deliver the page and protect it against faults and attacks, and are kept in operational logs for at most 90 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are our customer. When our account with the booking system ends, it is deleted or anonymised. Accounting records, such as receipts, are kept for seven years because the accounting law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to object to or restrict the processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format.

You can also view and manage your upcoming bookings yourself through the confirmation you receive.

Who else handles the data

The booking system is provided by Bellebook (Belleminds AB), which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor and only on our instructions. Bellebook in turn engages sub-processors, among other things for the database, hosting, email and SMS. The data is stored within the EU. Some sub-processors are companies in the USA, and where data may be transferred there, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. If you are unhappy with how we process your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
