Where Bokadirekt is strong

The marketplace is the largest in Sweden. Plenty of customers are already looking there, and if you're on it, bookings can arrive without you doing anything at all. Nobody should talk that value down, and we have no equivalent.

In our table, Bokadirekt also has a checkout compliant with the cash register act as a module from SEK 249 a month, accounting records and VAT through a module and an accounting integration, and resource planning that can be used for rentals.

Where we differ

The big difference is how it's packaged. With Bokadirekt you assemble what you need module by module on top of Premium at SEK 695 a month. With us there's one tier, and the list below is part of it:

• Your own website with booking is included in Bellebook. Bokadirekt's column says no.
• The checkout and accounting records are included with us. With Bokadirekt they're modules that cost extra.
• A waitlist and group activities are included with us. For Bokadirekt we found nothing documented.
• The staff register (personalliggare) is included with us. For Bokadirekt it's unclear — we can't see it in today's offering.
• Rentals with hand-out and return are included with us; Bokadirekt has resource planning, which is close but not the same thing.
• AI that works inside your data is absent from Bokadirekt's column. Belle reads the calendar, the customers, the checkout and the contracts, and prepares the next step.

The marketplace — the trade-off to weigh

This is the real fork in the road. Bokadirekt's marketplace gives you reach. What a marketplace booking costs with them isn't in our table, so we make no claim about it — ask them.

We deliberately have no marketplace. Your customers aren't visible to competitors, get no offers from other businesses, and belong to you. We bring you no new customers — we help you fill the calendar with the ones you already have.

The price, side by side

In our table, Bokadirekt is compared on its most expensive tier, Premium at SEK 695 a month, plus the modules on top. We compare against that tier because it's the one that contains the most; cheaper tiers exist. A fixed monthly price is charged even in a month when the calendar stands still.

Bellebook has one tier: 1.99% per completed booking (1% extra with Klarna, Amex, foreign and corporate cards), where cancelled and rebooked appointments are never charged and the checkout, card payments and Swish are included. On anything else you sell it's 0.99% per card transaction — never both on the same purchase. Minimum charge SEK 399 per month, no binding period, and you can export your data whenever you like.

What we don't know — and how we correct it

The details come from Bokadirekt's public pricing pages in August 2026. Where we say something isn't documented, it means we couldn't find it publicly — not that the feature is missing.

Who suits what
