Bellebook as an alternative to Bokadirekt
Bellebook at bellebook.io is developed by Swedish company Belleminds AB. There are two editions: Starter for booking, a website and customer contact, and Pro for more of your business administration.

What do you want to keep when switching?
Start with booking, your website, your till and how customers find you. Bellebook is an option when you want booking and customer contact on your own site. It does not automatically replace the flow of customers from Bokadirekt’s marketplace.
A fixed subscription below SEK 500?
Bellebook Starter costs SEK 399/month. Booking, your own website, customer contact and all staff and locations are included. Keep your existing till. SMS costs SEK 1.19 per SMS and can increase the total monthly cost.
Starter includes 14 days free with no lock-in. The fixed subscription has no percentage booking fee.
When do you need Pro?
Bellebook Pro also brings together till, payments, financial tools, staff management and Belle AI performing approved tasks. It costs 1.99% per completed booking, minimum SEK 399/month. The minimum is a floor, not an extra fee on top of the percentage. See full pricing terms for payment surcharges.

Compare the full cost and customer acquisition channel
Check Bokadirekt’s current subscriptions, add-ons, payment fees and terms directly with them. Then compare with the Bellebook edition you need. We do not quote a current competitor price here because packages and terms can change.
Starter does not include an integrated till, payments or accounting records. If you need these, compare against Pro. Also consider how new customers will find you if you leave a marketplace.
