Bellebook vs Bookspot
Bookspot is the provider most like us: commission per booking and no marketplace. The difference is how much of the work outside the calendar is covered.

Where Bookspot is strong
Classes and group activities, and rentals with hand-out and return, are Bookspot's core. Those are two things many booking systems do half-heartedly, and anyone who lives off classes, or off equipment that goes out and comes back, knows the difference between a core feature and a resource schedule bolted on afterwards.
Bookspot also has an AI assistant that answers questions, and the same stance as us on what may be the most important question of all: no marketplace.
Where we differ
We do the same two things — classes and rentals are included in Bellebook — and add the rest of the business:
- A checkout compliant with the cash register act is included with us. Bookspot's column says no.
- Accounting records: a voucher per sale, the day-end close and SIE export are included with us. Bookspot's column says no.
- Your own website with booking is included in Bellebook, and not with Bookspot.
- The staff register (personalliggare) is included with us. With Bookspot it says no.
- A waitlist is included with us. For Bookspot we found nothing documented.
- AI: Bookspot's assistant answers questions but doesn't act. Belle prepares the next step inside your own data — drafts you approve before anything goes out.
- Contracts in Documents and work orders are in Bellebook and absent from Bookspot's column in our table.
Neither of us has a marketplace
It's worth saying plainly, because it separates us both from Fresha, Bokadirekt and Timma: neither Bookspot nor we put a marketplace between you and your customer. No fee on the first booking, and no customers shown to the competitor in the next street at the same time.
If what you need is precisely a marketplace to fill the calendar with new faces, neither of us is the answer — then it's the other three you should be looking at.
The price, side by side
Bookspot charges commission per booking by quote and publishes no price list, so we can't compare figure with figure. The model is related to ours, though: you pay when you book, not every month regardless.
Bellebook is open about its own: 1.99% per completed booking (1% extra with Klarna, Amex, foreign and corporate cards), where cancelled and rebooked appointments are never charged and the checkout, card payments and Swish are included. On anything else you sell it's 0.99% per card transaction — never both on the same purchase. Minimum charge SEK 399 per month, no binding period, and you can export your data whenever you like.
What we don't know — and how we correct it
The details come from Bookspot's public pages in August 2026, and the price is quote-based rather than public. Where we say something isn't documented, it means we couldn't find it — not that the feature is missing.
If Bookspot thinks we've missed something or got a detail wrong, email info@belleminds.ai and we'll update it. The goal is a picture that's fair to the competitors too.
Who suits what
If your business is almost entirely classes or rentals, and the checkout and the accounts are handled elsewhere, Bookspot is a well-aimed solution. If you want those same two things plus the checkout, the staff register, the accounting records, the contracts, the send-outs and the website on the same data — with Belle on top — that's the platform we're building.
