Where Timma is strong
Timma has a staff register with clocking in and out straight from the calendar. It's the same thing we make a point of ourselves, and they do it in a way we think is right: the clock sits where the work is already visible.
They also have a marketplace that brings new customers for 20% on the first booking, SIE files for the accounts, an own website as an add-on for SEK 200 a month, and AI that writes website copy.
Where we differ
The pattern in the table is that much of it exists with Timma, but as add-ons — and that the breadth outside the calendar differs:
- Your own website is included in Bellebook. With Timma it's an add-on at SEK 200 a month.
- A checkout compliant with the cash register act is included with us. With Timma it's an add-on, and we found nothing documented about it.
- Accounting records: Timma provides SIE files. We build the whole record — a voucher per sale, a day-end close that closes itself and SIE export.
- Classes and group activities, and rentals with hand-out and return, are included with us; Timma's column says no to both.
- A waitlist is included with us. For Timma we found nothing documented.
- AI: Timma's AI writes website copy. Belle reads the calendar, the customers, the checkout and the contracts and prepares the next step — drafts you approve before anything goes out.
The marketplace — the trade-off to weigh
Timma's marketplace brings you customers you wouldn't have found on your own, for 20% on the first booking. If you need to fill a half-empty calendar that's a genuine argument, and we have nothing equivalent to offer.
We have no marketplace, deliberately. Your customers aren't visible to competitors, get no offers from other businesses, and belong to you. No middlemen between you and them.
The price, side by side
In our table, Timma is compared on its most expensive tier: SEK 150 per user per month, plus add-ons and a 20% new-customer fee. The per-user price is worth doing the sums on — it grows with the size of your team rather than with how much you actually book, and it's charged in a quiet month too.
Bellebook has no per-user fee: 1.99% per completed booking (1% extra with Klarna, Amex, foreign and corporate cards), where cancelled and rebooked appointments are never charged and the checkout, card payments and Swish are included. On anything else you sell it's 0.99% per card transaction — never both on the same purchase. Minimum charge SEK 399 per month, no binding period, and you can export your data whenever you like.
What we don't know — and how we correct it
The details are taken from Timma's public pricing pages in August 2026. Where we say something isn't documented, it means we couldn't find it publicly — not that the feature is missing.
If Timma thinks we've missed something or got a detail wrong, email info@belleminds.ai and we'll update it. The goal is a picture that's fair to the competitors too.
Who suits what
If there are just a few of you, you want to be visible on a marketplace and the checkout is solved elsewhere, Timma may well be plenty. If you're a larger team, sell over the counter too, run classes or hire out equipment — or simply want to stop counting add-ons and users — that breadth is what Bellebook is built for.
