TimeCenter charges SEK 299 to 599 a month depending on how many calendars you need, has a marketplace with eight million visits a year and takes 1.49% on online payments. Bellebook charges 1.99% per completed booking with the payment included, has no marketplace and a single tier.

Where TimeCenter is strong
TimeCenter is simple and proven: live in a minute, no binding period, a 30-day money-back guarantee and 4,000 customers. The marketplace has eight million visits a year, group bookings have seats and a reserve list that fills gaps, and reminders go by both email and SMS (SEK 1.29 per SMS).
The payment is openly priced: TimeCenter Pay takes 1.49% per payment with no monthly fee, the money arrives within 1–3 banking days, and customers can pay by card, Swish and Klarna. Kustom is the default payment partner until January 2027 and takes 2.39% plus SEK 3.50 per payment.
Where we differ
TimeCenter is a booking system with payments. The in-person till is Zettle's (1.85% per transaction) and an own cash register is announced; a website, a staff register, rentals and accounting records beyond settlement notes we do not find in their public offer. With us it is in the same tier:
- Your own website with booking is included in Bellebook. TimeCenter gives you a booking page.
- A till with control unit and accounting records is included with us. At TimeCenter the till is Zettle.
- Staff register, rentals and work orders are included with us. For TimeCenter we do not find them documented.
- A waitlist on everything with us; TimeCenter's reserve list covers group bookings.
- AI that works in your data is missing from TimeCenter's column. Belle reads the calendar, the customers, the till and the contracts and prepares the next step.
The card fee, side by side
TimeCenter Pay: 1.49% on online payments, no fixed fees. In person the payment goes through Zettle at 1.85%. Bellebook: the payment with standard cards and Swish is included in the 1.99% on a booking, and 0.99% per card transaction on anything else you sell — never both on the same purchase. If the customer pays with Klarna, Amex, a foreign card or a corporate card, 1% is added.
Plainly: TimeCenter's percentage is lower on the payment itself, but it sits on top of a subscription of SEK 299 to 599 a month. Our fee is the whole price — the booking, the till and the payment in the same 1.99% — with a floor of SEK 399 a month.
What we don't know — and how we correct it
The figures come from TimeCenter's public pages in September 2026. Where we write that something is not documented it means we did not find it publicly — not that the feature is missing.

Who suits what
If you want a simple booking system with a marketplace and to pay per calendar, TimeCenter is a safe road. If you want bookings, till, staff, contracts and payment in the same platform, with no separate system for the till, that is the deal Bellebook makes.
