Bellebook Starter and TimeCenter: which fits your day?
TimeCenter counts calendars, while Starter has a fixed subscription for all staff and locations. We compare a two-hairdresser example, payment periods and the workflow when you keep your till.

TimeCenter prices and features
TimeCenter lists One at SEK 299/month for one calendar, Plus at 429 for 2–3 and Pro at 599 for 4–10, when buying 12 months. SMS is SEK 1.29 each. Calendars can represent people or resources. Its page describes online bookings, group bookings with a reserve list and a marketplace.
Starter costs and your existing till
Starter costs SEK 399/month excluding VAT, including your own website, booking and all staff and locations. SMS is SEK 1.19 per SMS. You retain and pay for your existing till and payment solution. Starter has no percentage booking fee.
Example: two bookable people
TimeCenter Plus corresponds to SEK 5,148 for twelve months at the advertised period price. Confirm VAT and payment terms before comparing. For Starter, calculate twelve times SEK 399, excluding VAT. Compare SMS, payments and separate website or till costs on their own lines.
This is a subscription example, not a claim about the lowest total cost. A business with an existing website can reach a different conclusion from one that needs a new site.
Test scenario: two people sharing a treatment room
Describe which bookings may happen simultaneously. Ask both suppliers to demonstrate this scenario: staff logins and bookable resources are different things.
- Book from a phone and check that the person and required resource are available.
- Move the appointment and check that the original slot becomes available.
- Cancel and inspect customer notifications and any separate payment steps.
Booking page, website and acquisition
A booking page lets customers choose a time. A website should also explain services, location and contact details and answer questions before booking. Test the journey from search to confirmation, not only the calendar.
Bellebook has no marketplace. If this channel is why you choose TimeCenter, ask how discovery works, what terms apply and how booking sources can be measured. We promise no particular number of new customers with either option.
Replacing your till as well?
That decision goes beyond Starter. Ask for a separate quote covering till, payments and accounting records. Bellebook Pro is in pilot and its capabilities must not be treated as Starter inclusions. This guide does not compare current card fees or cash-register specifications.
Before switching
Confirm which customer details, services and future bookings can move. Set a cut-off date for the old system and reconcile the imported data before replacing your booking link. Keep a record that lets you check nothing is missing.
