Bellebook vs Fresha
Fresha has a marketplace that brings new customers. Bellebook deliberately has none. That's the biggest difference — here's the rest, without the mud-slinging.

Where Fresha is strong
The marketplace is Fresha's clearest argument. It brings you customers you wouldn't have found on your own, for 20% on the first booking. If you have gaps in the calendar to fill, that's real value, and we have nothing to set against it.
In our comparison table, Fresha also has a waitlist, classes and group activities, a resource schedule for rentals, and an AI receptionist that answers the customer.
Where we differ
The differences are mostly about what's included, and how much of the work sits outside the calendar:
- Your own website is included in Bellebook. Fresha's column says no.
- A checkout compliant with the Swedish cash register act is included with us. For Fresha we found nothing documented for Sweden.
- Accounting records: with us, vouchers, the day-end close and SIE export. With Fresha it runs through an add-on to external accounting software.
- The staff register (personalliggare) is included with us. Fresha has timesheets that can be edited afterwards — not the same thing.
- AI: Fresha's AI is customer-facing and answers the customer. Belle faces the owner and works inside your own data.
- Contracts in Documents and work orders are in Bellebook and absent from Fresha's column in our table.
The marketplace — the trade-off to weigh
We have no marketplace, and that's a decision rather than a gap we intend to fill. Your customers aren't visible to competitors, get no offers from other businesses, and belong to you. No middlemen, no fee on the first booking.
The price of that decision is plain: we deliver no new customers. We help you keep and fill — reminders, the waitlist, customers who should have rebooked — but if what you mainly need is new faces in the calendar, that's a genuine argument for Fresha.
The price, side by side
In our table, Fresha is compared on its most expensive tier — Enterprise, priced by quote — plus add-ons and a 20% new-customer fee. We compare against that tier because it's the one that contains the most; cheaper tiers exist.
Bellebook has one tier and everything is included: 1.99% per completed booking (1% extra with Klarna, Amex, foreign and corporate cards), where cancelled and rebooked appointments are never charged and the checkout, card payments and Swish are included. On anything else you sell it's 0.99% per card transaction — never both on the same purchase. Minimum charge SEK 399 per month, no binding period, and you can export your data whenever you like.
What we don't know — and how we correct it
The details about Fresha are taken from their public pricing pages in August 2026. Where we say something isn't documented, that's exactly what we mean: we couldn't find it publicly. It isn't a claim that the feature is missing, or a statement about how they meet Swedish rules.
If Fresha thinks we've missed something or got a detail wrong, email info@belleminds.ai and we'll update it. The goal is a picture that's fair to the competitors too.
Who suits what
If what you mainly need is more customers, and the checkout and the accounts are already handled elsewhere, Fresha is a reasonable choice. If you'd rather gather bookings, checkout, staff, contracts and send-outs in one place, own the customer relationship yourself and avoid the fee on the first booking, that's why Bellebook exists.
