Who we are
Belleminds AB is a Swedish company, company registration number 559547-4031. Bellebook is what we build.
If you email us, we read it ourselves and answer personally. That's how we want it for as long as we can keep it that way.
What we believe
Run the business. Not the systems. That's the whole idea.
A hairdresser, a clinic, a padel centre — none of them started out to administer seven systems that don't talk to each other. And yet the evenings go on moving the same piece of information between the booking system, the till, the rota and the spreadsheet.
We believe it can work the other way round: one platform where a booking already exists in the checkout, in the payroll and in the accounting records. And an AI that reads that data and suggests the next step, instead of you having to go and find it.
Two things we want to give back: the time, and the overview that makes it feel safe to grow.
What we're building
Bellebook is a booking-first platform for small service businesses: bookings, customers, staff, checkout, finances, contracts and marketing on the same data — with Belle AI working in it.
On bookkeeping we are careful not to promise too much. Bellebook produces the records: every sale becomes a finished accounting entry, the end-of-day closing takes care of itself, and everything exports as an SIE file to your accounting software or your accountant. Bank feeds, VAT returns and annual accounts stay where they belong.
We don't release features in more expensive tiers. If we build something, every customer gets it in their licence.
How we work with pilots
This autumn we're opening to a limited number of businesses. No more than we can listen to properly. Being a pilot means three things:
- You get a say. We build every week, and whatever grates on you goes into the order we build in.
- You can run your current system in parallel while you move in. Nobody should have to jump without a net.
- You get answers straight from the people building it, not through a ticket number.
